Join Flexso @ the SAPience.be User Day 2011

SAPience.be, the Belgian SAP User Group, celebrates its 10th anniversary. This year's edition of SAPience.be User Day will take place on October 12 in the Lamot Center in Mechelen. Flexso is an active contributor of user testimonials and presentations. We are very proud to present 3 presentations at this year's SAPience.be User Day.

11h20: User Testimonial "Desco: Automate your business processes with e-ID integration": Being faced with monthly discussions, Desco decided to optimize their goods collection process by introducing the "collector's e-id". In this presentation you will discover how Desco and Flexso integrated e-ID into SAP ERP, and which return and added value this brought to Desco. Additionally, you will receive useful ideas on how you might benefit from integrating e-ID into your business processes.

11h20: User Testimonial "AUDI: Flexible workforce planning in SAP HR aligned with the production cycle of the Audi A1 model": For the production cycle of the A1 model from 2010 until 2016, Flexso and Audi Brussels implemented flexible workforce planning in SAP HR. This resulted in a unique set-up for managing collective overtime and tools to follow-up time & attendance on the shop floor. The new decentralized process involved over 200 users of Time Manager Workspace and tools for management follow-up (MSS).

16h10: Partner case "Power to the business user - an evaluation of end-user autonomy with BOXI 4.0 reporting tools": One of the major expectations of the business users is to be able to do their own analysis and create their own reports, without help from IT. Flexso will share the lessons learned from the BOXI 4.0 partner ramp-up program, with a focus on the level of flexibility and autonomy offered to the business user. You will get a clear overview of the BO reporting tools, the major improvements, the enhanced MS Office integration and a comparison between BO and BEX tools.
