V!GO is among Europe’s leaders in the area of technical orthopaedic solutions. The company entrusted Flexso with the development of a mobile SAP application that is available both online and offline with the goal of improving their work processes as well as customer service. The result was iV!GO, which is now the core of V!GO business activities.
The expectations conveyed by V!GO were anything but modest. Less paperwork and call-backs, faster delivery and refunds, increased production time, internationalization and, last but not least, above all higher customer satisfaction through improved customer experience.
The mobile app developed by Flexso enables health care providers not only to inform their patients more efficiently with the help of their tablet, but also to handle orders more easily. In addition to having the right delivery date, healthcare providers can access the entire V!GO product range, the catalogues of external suppliers and all samples for the completion of their product.
The app offers significant benefits by shortening the supply chain and delivery times. The automation of the ordering process ensures complete and accurate orders and saves time. The use of scanners and QR codes in the materials coordination department increases transport efficiency.

For the iV!GO project, V!GO won the public prize in the “Supply Chain Award - project of the year” category.
